If you are not completely satisfied with merchandise, you may return it in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below and we will refund eligible purchases.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- If you are not satisfied with our goods you can apply to return or refund within 7 days after you received the goods.
- If the goods you have received not the same with the description or have any quality problem please offer the evidence. We will give you another new goods with your next order or we can give you a reasonable refund.
- Online exchanges are not available at this time.
- Online refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
- If you want to return the goods back just because you personal reason then you need to pay the freight.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE YOU DIDN’T ORDER
Please e-mail customer service if you receive extra merchandise in a shipment, or merchandise was delivered to you that you didn’t order. In your email, tell us:
- The incorrect merchandise
- Your name
- Your mailing address
